About

Clâie | Fashion Wellness Founder

For a decade, I worked across every facet of the fashion industry—owning a Personal Styling Consultancy that helped thousands find their style, consulting with high-end designers and luxury fashion houses, and styling runway shows, media, and celebrities for red carpet events.

Yet I kept noticing something that changed everything: even when the outfit was perfect, women still criticised themselves. I could see the disconnection between the polished image they presented and how they actually felt inside. The clothes weren't solving the real issue.

I knew something vital was missing.

That realisation led me to make a significant shift into energy healing and intuitive work. For the next decade, I immersed myself in understanding frequency, energy systems, and the body's innate wisdom. I worked with clients on deep transformational healing, learning to read energy, clear blockages, and support women in returning to wholeness.

The deeper I went into this work, the more I found myself pulled back to fashion—but this time, I could finally see what I'd been sensing all along:

These worlds aren't just connected. They're inseparable.

What we wear is energy. How we heal is frequency. And fashion is one of the most powerful tools we have for transformation.

Now I live my purpose merging both worlds through Fashion Wellness—combining a decade of fashion expertise with a decade of intuitive healing and energy coaching to help women transform their relationship with their wardrobe, their body, and themselves.

Through The Garments Voice, I share the wisdom, insights, and practices that bridge the gap between how you dress and how you feel—because true style isn't about looking perfect. It's about coming home to yourself.

From the Birkin to the Body: A New Frequency in Fashion
For more than two decades, fashion asked us one question above all others: what will this say about me? The monogram stitched into the leather, the initials pressed into the hardware, the familiar curve of a handbag's silhouette, each detail spoke a shared language, signaling how far a person had come and how much they had spent to get there. To hold a Birkin was to hold evidence: proof of arrival, of taste, of belonging in rooms earned over years. The label was rarely just a label. It worked as

A Generation Raised in Polyester
Polyester Active Wear Has Become The Standard For Working Out There is a particular way I move through a clothing rack, and I have done it my whole working life without ever quite thinking about it as unusual. My fingers go first, before my eyes settle on colour or cut. I am feeling for the fiber underneath the print, searching for something that moves like it was grown rather than manufactured, something that will sit against skin without catching or clinging in that synthetic way. My...

Organic Cotton vs. Conventional Cotton: What’s Really in Your Wardrobe?
A hangtag that simply says "natural," "eco," or "organic," with no logo or license number attached, carries no verification behind it and should be treated as marketing language rather than a certified claim. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is a related but separate mark worth knowing, since it tests the finished garment for harmful substances rather than verifying how the cotton was grown, meaning a piece can carry that label while still originating from conventional cotton fields. When a brand offers no
