The Truth about Ascension

Last night, I received a message from a beautiful young lady, whom I met many years ago on Instagram, and whom I now consider a friend, asking me the same question that prompted me to return to social media.

Flooded by all the noise surrounding ascension, I felt it was time to bring some clarity to the picture and the body, and to dispel some of the information being generated, which is distracting so many of you from the joyful task of raising your vibration.

Ascension is not a place; it is a frequency, and it is accessible to all those who find themselves on this unusual journey at this time on earth.  I want to show you ways you can bring more harmony, joy and abundance into your world, without feeling like you have to choose between enlightenment and life, being spiritually or human, or even 3rd or 5th dimensional.

My intention is to make it easy for you to recognise the tools within yourself which will naturally rid your mind of negativity, your body of pain, whilst flooding your heart with joy, so you can become the highest grounded version of yourself, without waiting for one major event to access what is already available to you in the now.
