What is Fashion Wellness and Why Does it Matter

Most people get dressed on autopilot. They open their wardrobe, reach for what is familiar, and move on to the next thing on the list. It takes minutes. It happens every single day. And most people never stop to consider what that daily decision is actually doing to their energy, their confidence, and their sense of self.

What is Fashion Wellness?

Fashion Wellness is the practice of bringing conscious awareness to your relationship with clothing.
