How to Unravel your Illness
Life is a funny thing here on earth. We seem to spend most of our time learning how to be human only to find we need to unlearn many parts of the program we’ve unknowingly adopted that’s manifested into unwanted emotional or physical illnesses. The irony of this school called Earth is that we learn best by experiencing these unwanted experiences.
They allow us to decide better what we want in our lives, forcing us to consciously select the people and situations we need to propel us forward and truly set our hearts and minds free. Often, when we believe the hard work we’ve done all and clearing necessary, we find ourselves back at what feels like square one, navigating more confusion or emotional turmoil.
This precious work can feel confusing, exhausting and at times soul-crushing yet within each of these moments, a golden key is hidden to a new understanding, greater awareness and access to a higher, more divine frequency. The road to Ascension didn’t start when you entered this lifetime, rather it is a journey your soul has chosen to be on for millions of years.
Understanding the layers and programs that make up the version of you today may feel like a never-ending task, one you’re never going to work out. However, your soul is already perfect, even if the programs of belief you’ve created aren’t so wonderful.
The time is NOW to let go and unravel any of those old programs of thought and the deep-seated beliefs that aren’t working for you anymore. The truth is anything that doesn’t feel good, isn’t good and was created in a frequency too low for your body to hold onto anymore.
